You don't even noticed they are there
These have been a big help to my husband. He actually needed the lift because his hips are not aligned properly after a car accident. The lifts allow him to stand tall and proud. He just needed a few hours before he was completely adjusted and comfortable. They are great for all day use very comfortable. He is flat footed and this allowed him to have arch support. I would highly recommend these for anyone needing an extra left.

nice, supportive, anatomical, comfy insert for shoes with limited space.
These are nice inserts with good arch support and cushioning. They do not run the entire length of the shoe unless your size is the same as the smallest of the size range. e.g. size for 5-8 is full sole for size 5 only. They are finished off with a nice velvety finish. Good value, as described, packed well, delivered onetime.

Very comfortable good support
Great support to balance foot and ankle support. Size is correct fits in shoe easy. I recommend for arch and heel support.

Not worth it. Spend a little more on better!
Was hoping to slide these in for a little support in any of my shoes. The plastic arch support is way too cheap and bends under my weight. This is a useless product.

An OK solution
It does help with the cushioning under your feet, specially if you're on your feet most of the time while using them. The bad part for me is that the soles move a lot inside my shoes while walking and it becomes seriously uncomfortable to wear as they move forward inside the shoe and the stiff part of the heel ends up further down under your foot when they don't stay as you would spect and you'll end up re-positioning them several times a day.

Perfect!
These were perfect! I had lots of foot pain before I started wearing these and now I have no pain whatsoever when I walk for long periods of time!
