Couldn't be more pleased with this!! My dad had already lost a toe to a diabetic ulcer that we couldn't get healed. amputation at that point was his only option. when we discovered yet another ulcer on his big toe we were so scared that it too would need to be amputated but thanks to peg assist that wasn't the case. His be wound Dr told us about the boot and insole so we purchased both and I'm happy to say it's almost healed and he should be discharged from wound clinic in 2 weeks. The Dr believes it healed so quickly and easily due to the peg assist and boot!! Thank you for a fantastic product that's affordable.

This system works so well!!! My podiatrist asked me to order a system, to help relieve the pressure on my big toe. I am a diabetic with a small ulcer, and this has really helped to resolve my toe problem. Make sure your doctor customizes this really well!

Had to custom cut to fit my medical shoe (different brand) but fits great. The material is a pain to cut. Everything else was perfect. Had to return one due to sizing not being right based on product description.

My ONLY disappointment in this product was not being able to use them in regular shoes after, but they fit my surgical shoe very well and could be customized to help me heal.

This is the second one I have bought. First one was the right size, but were out extremely fast. Then when I bought another one, they sent wrong size. So I went with different brand afterwards!!

Did everything it was supposed to do. Took all the weight off the ulcer on the bottom of my foot. I did have to carve the honeycomb area to the lateral edge of the insert because the ulcer went all the way from bottom to side to top of right foot. It helped me get up and around without any loading on the injured part of my foot. Completely healed in 6 week

The product started working immediately, Dr recommended Awesome.

I've used these inserts for years with my Charcot feet. This is the first time I ordered through Amazon. but the advertised as included fabric cover was not included (helpful in winter). Otherwise, usual great product.
