Seems to have work removing mold from a couple of my favorite leather belts and a 45 year old LLBEAN Norwegian ruck sack (a leather daypack). It removed the mold. It’s been a few months and it hasn’t come back unlike other products I’ve used. I think the concentrated gallon will probably last forever. 😂

great shipping, i was worried about spilling and leakage, but it was packaged will. Only a slight odor but its a clean smell not a bleach smell. I think its really working well in my basement after the flood and this is the goto product that the pros use. Its not cheap, but I feel like its worth it!

seemed to work good on mold (used on that white fluffy mold on floor joists so I can’t say if it works on black mold or not) in our crawl space after i encapsulated it. only did it once but will be doing it again as is directed. i like the fact it’s concentrated and a single gallon will go a long way. wife even uses it for cleaning around the house. it has a pleasant smell and not overwhelming like other cleaners i’ve tried. it definitely helped with the musty smell but will take a couple treatments just as the directions states. I dilute it 4oz per gallon of water for my mold treatment. you just spray it on and leave it to air dry. we will be buying more just to have around the house.

This is a concentrated formula, obviously you must mix it as instructed by the manufacturer. We use this product to destroy mold. It works well. We buy old homes, fix them, and rent them. This is not meant as a masking product. It has been used as a deep cleaner to get eliminate years of unchecked growth. We apply and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes. It wipes out everything. They use this product to sterilize surgical rooms. If the can use before an operation, I think it’s safe to say it is an absolute disinfectant. Like I said, we use this in any home we purchase, no matter how long it has been sitting unchecked. It can be used to clean up raw sewage, I’ve never used it for remediation, but it’s nice to know how strong this disinfecting cleaner actually is. Does not require any special personal protective equipment, just use as manufacturer specifies. Has pleasant smell according to my wife. We always have a gallon on hand, while everyone was scrabbling looking for disinfectant during Covid 19 BS, we already had this on hand, we made portable spray bottles to keep in our cars. We used it on the bottoms of our shoes which no one even thought to mention to avoid contamination. This concentrate makes so many gallons, it’s hard to run out. Highly recommended product.

Our property was flooded in Colorado, this was recommended (by a team that came to help with cleanup) to keep mold and mildew away along with being a great disinfectant. There is plenty of this product because it only takes 2 oz per gallon of water to mix. I have found plenty of others uses for it as well. I will probably always keep this product on hand now.
