Salon Buzz: Marketing and Management Ideas for Ultimate Success Paperback – June 24, 2011

This was one of the first business books that I have purchased that relates to growing the business in the salon. I feel that some of her techniques that she offered are very applicable and if implemented, should be very effective. One must put forth the effort to make their dreams come true!I am a salon consultant that tries to help salons to become successful and I feel that there is a lot of useful info contained in this book, I would highly recommend this book to either DSC's or anyone that is looking to own or manage a salon.

I enjoyed the book. As a current salon owner, I loved the advice and it is applicable although I thought it was too short! I think the author could have written more about the salon biz and how to run a successful business in the beauty industry!

I love the way the Author adds her own personal situations to book. I find it an easy read with outstanding character. I believe that you can use her tips opening a salon or any other type of business. She walks you through the entire marketing and management steps. What a awesome Author. I can't wait to read more of her books! This is a book that you won't be sorry you bought! Loved it!!!!!

This is a good read; it has a lot of great advice for new salon owners especially with all the social networking that's out there to use to make your salon a success.

Book is double-spaced, large type. Could have fit in 45 pages or so. Advice is very limited. Along the lines of, know your audience: don't open a 99-cent store in a luxury high-rise....don't sell teenage merchandise in a senior citizens home. Thanks I kind of knew that already.

If you work in a salon, for a salon or even own a salon -- you need this book. And make sure your marketing team has a copy too.

Loved the entire book! Very educational and gives great examples and advice. Great for new entrepreneurs in the salon and beauty industry! A must read!

I like the tone and the ideas but I’m missing some extra info or more details.I d live to see real case scenarios

Great book. Really inspirational with a lot of ideas and advice. Not difficult to follow just plain language that motives you to go for it.
