FR3 is a friction modifier. I don't see why it could not be used in aircraft if the 1.5 oz. per quart ratio is followed. I have personally used the 1 oz per quart ratio with no adverse effects. ***I would never exceed the recommended ratio provided by manufacturer ***

Can you mix the stiction eliminator with the fr3?

From what I can find on the manufacturer's site, use stiction first. Then use the fr3 with the next oil change.
