I could only find these online! They are a necessity for working with pan pastels.

I really like these tools for working my pastels, but the foam tips wear out way too soon.

Very useful especially for those who don't like the feel or touch of pastels on their fingers. My students were using tortillions or their fingers, and this is a better and safer tool for some.

These are plastic pallet knives (size 1, I believe) with perfectly fitted blending "socks" that fit snugly over the blades. The blades are flexible, and comfortable to hold when wiring upright (on an easel). The blender socks are rewashable and reusable, though you will probably want to order the separate pack of blenders.

My husband uses these for his charcoal drawings. Easy to use and does exactly what he needs them to do. Worth the money!

I love using these to spread pan pastels. Having enough of these keeps me from re-using one for different colors.

Good pastel tools

I ordered these not expecting a brilliant product. I'm using a mix of both hard and soft pastels not the pan pastel. On working up a tiger portrait I was just so impressed at the effects which can be achieved with these little sponges either by blending with them, lifting excess pastel off or for working those tiny little areas on a picture which are tricky to paint. I'm working on fine wet and dry sandpaper so the surface is eating the sponge pretty quickly, I'll be excited to try them with traditional pastel paper. I heartily recommend them.
