it's an ok steam cleaner for top price you paid
After researching online carefully, I choose to buy this steam cleaner because of its continuous steam technology two years ago. It works ok for me 1 year ago but should be better considering the price. Below are few complains.1. Service. I believe the company is located in Canada not US. Shipping back to manufacture for service is not easy.2. Reliability. steam setting level#1 stops working after a few week s of use.3. Design. At the beginning, I could not get continuous steam to work. The steamer will definitely stop working after using it for a while even with enough water in the tank. The fix is to keep the tank lid unattached and it took me a while to figure it out.4. Usability. To clean hardwood floor, you have to purchase extra hardwood floor mop!!! It is ridiculous for such an expensive device.5. Value. The new steamer price dropped around $1k after two years and this says a lot about lots of things. Reliable please contact me for price match!!!and outputs continuous steam, but not dry steam as claimed. Also, if you keep the tank lid attached, the steamer will stop producing steam after a while even with lots of water in the tank. It is not

this unit is easy to move around and works great
I have owned several different steamers in the past, this unit is easy to move around and works great. The handle is also light and easy to use which makes my wife happy since its not complicated to operate . Setting 2 will maintain steam pressure to do floors with out any pressure drop, the 3rd setting creates a lot of pressure and steam which I don't think is need but once in a while an area may come up. My only suggestion would be to have a bigger trigger on the handle.The unit comes with everything you will need to clean the house or the car so nothing to add to the list here.

Works really well
Kills bed bugs on contact, saved me a couple box springs and mattresses. Also good for cleaning just about anything. Only thing is on setting 3 or 4 it loses pressure really quick. If it set it to 1 or 2 you can go on endlessly. Also one other complaint they didn't leave room for you to leave attachments on the unit itself. I might end up buying the cart for this.Performance is amazing though. Haven't had any issues and the accessories are pretty good.

The steamer does not work, I was sold a total lemon!

Not a fan.
Everything claims this is "dry steam" its not. I returned it since water (steaming hot water - that's wet) basically pours out of the tip and will burn you if you don't expect it.
