This is now a 3-ball device. Made in Taiwan. It's still well-made and I have had no leakage problems with any of the four I installed.

Do these have any slow leak when under pressure but disconnected?

I have a 30 gallon air compressor and an 11 gallon air tank with these fittings and usually keep them under pressure to about 100 psi and haven't noticed and leaks in over a year.

Do these actually have Milton stamped on the body of the connector?

Don’t know I just bought one to replace a leaky connector

Will this handle pressure for foam cannon for pressure washer? It has quick connect and this coupler is the only one that fits?

These are not designed for liquid and only handle up to 300 psi on the inlet side.
