Are the sizes vintage or current?

Good morning. Great question but can't tell from the reverse of the envelope. Generally the manufacturer will include (as you probably know) the bust, waist and hip measurements. This time, though, Butterick didn't. The only measurement provided is the length measured from the base of one's neck: 41.75 inches for size 8, 42 inches for size 10, and so on. (Frankly, that's not especially helpful if one is tall like I am:) Wish I could provide more specific info, but again, it's just not there on the packaging.
