Rough Country 3.25" Lift Kit for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK | 4-Door - PERF694

Was easy to install! Took about 4 hours for 2 of us! So far it’s working great!

The lift came in two packages, one day apart. All of the components are of good quality. The install went pretty smooth. I used two jack stands and a bottle jack. The instructions could be improved, but there is enough information available online to figure things out. My rear shocks were shot, so the ride quality is vastly better after the lift. It's a great lift at a great price.

Smoother ride than factory suspension. Instructions are crap . Best to go on YouTube and follow those instructions. 3.25 lift with 33" looks great .

I was able to install this kit, a dual steering stabilizer, a track bar relocation bracket , new wheel bearing, drop pitman arm and ball joints over a Saturday with the boys ( they mostly just drank beer and watched ) everything was just super easy to bolt on and the springs are just big enough to not need a spring compressor to put in they just pop right in with the axels hanging down. The ride on the nitros shocks is better than the old stock ones by a mile, the springs are just stiff enough to not be too ridged or too bouncy. I went almost everything rough country but ended up using a synergy track bar and reinforcement bracket

I have bought pretty much every rough country part for my Jeep JK, and I love them for the most part. But, the suspension is honestly my least favorite part. It’s not crazy, smooth, and it doesn’t handle weight from bumpers and extra extraneous accessories. For the price, it’s hard to complain, but I will be upgrading to a fox or AEV suspension here shortly. That said, the height is perfect. It looks good, isn’t obnoxiously tall, and has had plenty of clearance to do trails like Poughkeepsie Gulch or Imojean pass.

Kit seems to be made with quality parts. The instructions could use a little help. Just FYI if your doing this lift on a 17 wrangler. Those front shocks are terrible to get out!

Install took me all of 6 hours. Mechanically inclined but a nonprofessional. There are a few things to watch out for when installing that will make you life easier that the instructions don’t mention. When dropping your front off the jacks make sure your sway bar is above the steering arm or your gonna have to jack it back up. Also pay attention to your rear springs when installed. Mine slipped out of position when I lowered the jacks. Overall I’m very pleased . Would purchase again. Love the way 33” looks with this.

As with all Rough Country products I have purchased the 3.25" Lift Kit for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK | 4-Door - PERF694 is top notch. All parts were packaged well with no damage. Lift on my Jeep JK was as advertised and gave me the clearance for 35" tires. The only issue I have had with Rough Country items has been the instruction sheets do not have all the information that needs to be in them. It's not a problem for me as I have been installations for many years, but could be a problem for others. Improved details would be helpful.

The product was great and simple to install, it really improved ride quality of our Jeep. A couple of small things may have made it better, new bolts for the shock mounts and boots for the shocks. Considering the price I wouldn’t hold that against them. We are very happy with the lift. We installed it ourselves in the garage ~5 hours.

Looks good, rides good and install wasn’t too hard, took about 10 hours with 2 guys and no lift. Just prepare to hammer and possibly cut all lower shock bolts as they did not come out easy. Kit does not come with lower shock bolts so purchase some beforehand. Also an adjustable track bar for the front would make the job a lot easier as it’s difficult to line up the holes with the stock one.

Kit came on time with all parts included as advertised. It’s a nice lift in my opinion not to high just enough to run 35’s. Please note in my opinion the shocks are to soft and the ride is very soft side to side. On the highway with high wind it’s a bit scary. I had it installed by local Jeep custom shop and they advised me that will be the issue. They advised to upgrade the shocks if I want more stability on highway. Again this is definitely budget lift and if you after looks and fitting 35’s then this is it for you. But if ride comfort and safety is what you after I would spend on a higher end kit.

Shocks are completely blown after only approximately 10 hours of regular road use on stock rims and tires! Jeep is to dangerous to drive on very week springs. Pushing on the bumpers by hand can set the jeep wobbling while parked.
