This seasoning is the best I've ever found for grilling salmon. I've used it for over 20 years. It really enhances the flavor of the fish.

I've used Chef Paul's Blackened Redfish seasoning for years and thought I'd gift this a try. Not bad, I'm just not a fan of sweetness on my fish and this has a hint of sweetness.

My husband bought this to try on fish from Lake Superior. We used it on lake trout and coho salmon last week. Both were very good!

Can't find these in the store anymore, but so glad I can stay stocked up using Amazon. By far, the only seasoning you'll ever need if you love a delicious, simple salmon filet that's full of flavor but not overpowered by garlic, lemon or salt. My best friend had made salmon for Christmas one year, and I couldn't stop eating it. I asked him what mixture of spices he used and he shrugged and showed me this and said, "I just grabbed this out of my sister's cabinet. That's all I used, along with butter." And it was perfect! And now, this is all I use. It never disappoints.
