The Lock was easy enough to install, however we noticed quickly it was not a US made product, even though it said so in the description. There is no help line to instruct you on how to install. But by conducting several searches online I found descriptions and even a youtube tutorial which helped out a lot. Fast forward one year. After the first set of batteries wore out and I replaced them with an equally high quality product, the batteries ran empty within a week. Imagine if I hadn't placed one of the keys to unlock manually in a hidden spot. I replaced the batteries several times always because the keypad would no longer respond or I got the warnings beeps . But after the initial year when the batteries lasted the whole year, I could not get more than a few weeks usage out of new sets. I had to de-install the lock and got to a different brand. It was a nice lock when it worked, but it is still too expensive for only one year of usage.

It is my second door lock with keyless entrance. My other door lock is twice the price and I would say this set works equally great if not better. BUT please notice that this is not a smart device, the smart function is related to it's programmable with a computer. However you need to connect the lock to computer through USB cable, which is not practical with desktop computer, laptop works fine though.As a keypad entry lock, it is fine. It doesn't have total 10 numbers to pick from, only 1-8. But the lock force the combination to at least 6 digit and max at 8. It somehow increased the difficulty to crack the lock even with less numbers on the pad, compare to more 10 number keypad we only use 4 digit passcode.As a keyed door lock it is not too good. First, the key hole is covered with a small metal plate, you need to use a little included metal hook to remove that plate. Secondly, the plate is so tiny which seems like it will be dropped and be lost someday if not today. Lastly, the key is very bad looking and it is not a standard key. It is not replaceable if you lost it.BUT I will give this product a perfect score still! Since keypad and key entry is for backup only. I bought this lock is because it is fingerprint unlock and it works great! It is not the fastest fingerprint scanner, compare to my phone, but it is pretty accurate! I am using it for a little more than a week now, it only miss once or twice. So keypad and key seems not to be that important any more, unless the battery dead and need key to get in.The only worry is I don't know how long the battery will last. It use only 4 AA batteries and it has a light up keypad and fingerprint scanner. I just hope 4 AA can last at least 3 months. Since my Z wave keypad lock also last 3 months.I will recommend this set of lock to people looking for entering the house without key or memorizing numbers. Fingerprint is easy, secure and fun to use after the first setup.

No software info as stated on manual and SUPPORT sucks as I was on hold for 29 mins and then hung up as no one came back to assist. During that time spoke with two different people that couldn’t really speak English that well. Not user friendly at all!

Lock worked great not hard to install. Instructions on set up took reading more then once but once you understand what they are saying it's a breeze to set up. It's not bluetooth is only downfall.

I purchased 2 units of Aigurd F22 locks to install in my office and loved them. So I bought 1 more unit.The lock is very strong and looks very nice with a 304 high-quality stainless steel material. I installed 1 unit outdoor (facing sunlight and rain) and experienced no problem so far.The Aigurd F22 lock is NOT a smart lock as it does not have either Bluetooth nor Zigbee/Z-Wave inside. But this fits my requirement as I have tried another locks with BLE (ie. Ultraloq BL3 Bluetooth) before and had problems with it batteries; the Bluetooth signal used up a lot of power and made my previous Ultraloq run out of batteries very quickly.I highly recommend Aigurd F22 locks for those of you who look for a strong and durable lock but do not need the Smart technology features.

Lock wont open after installation in about 2-3 days. It wont open even with physical key. Front handle losses control of tail piece. I reinstalled the lock , it started working but again in couple of days stopped working , wont open even with Physical key. I have two of these locks installed and same issue with both.

We have purchased several of these, they are sturdy locks, very easy to use, we had a small issue but was able to easily get it it resolved.
