Great stuff! Takes your ice cream to the next level.
This stuff has stepped up my ice cream game like you would not believe. One quarter teaspoon per half gallon makes your ice cream velvety smooth.

Gust Gum, I have no idea what it is, but a gluten free bread recipe calls for 1 tsp. Works well with the other ingredients. This is the first time I’ve made acceptable GF bread. Glad I’ve added it and will continue using this product.

Excellent product
Great product. I use it to thicken almond milk for my coffee and for making smoothies. It thickens perfectly with just a small amount, about 1/8 tsp per pint of liquid and blends easily in cold liquids. I will definitely reorder when I need more.

Great for homemade body products!
This is my first experience with Guar Gum, so I have nothing to compare it to; however, I really like it! I'm using it for homemade hand soap and it's great! I haven't tried it in food yet though.

Multipurpose and high quality
I used this to make liquid Black African soap (that I also bought on Amazon). It worked really well once I figured out the ratios. Haven't used it for food yet, but I have plenty left

Good product at a reasonable price
I have tried other guar gums and they fall short. This one works as well as the one put out by Pioneer but it's a bit cheaper. I look forward to using it in all of my grain free baked goods.

Kitchen staple
I use this instead the other product as it is natural. For sure makes wonderful small products- muffin cookies, etc.
