Great transaction excelkent condition fast shipping. The book is beautifully written and illustrated. It was recommended to.me by my doctor as part of my path to healing and well being. I read 1 page a day and keep a journal of the meaning of each phrase. It has changed my outlook for better.

Helpful read
This book helped me a lot. I read one or two chapters each morning, and sometimes went back and read them again. I am learning to quieten my mind and feel at one with the universe.

no context
This book has no substance just throw away quotes, the type you see everywhere, which could be seen as elitist.I have read the book these quotes come from 'Full Catastrophe' which I would recommend; the context behind these quotes brings them to life.You need to put the work in to appreciate these quotes and grow.

Step by step plan to ease oneself in mindfulness
100 short, clearly stated tips on how to achieve mindfulness. Thanks to the book I gained a better understanding of why it is important to meditate and why one should meditate on regular bases. I was surprised to read mindfulness is recommended for dealing with physical pain as an alternative to taking painkillers or purpose disturbances.

A good companion to the larger work
I have Full Catastrophe Living and this is a really good companion to have to hand: I have this on the kindle app on my phone and refer to it now and then during the chaos of working life.I really enjoy having it to dip in to.
