Much better than the SAC stuff!
Call this a "4.5" review, for Kester K100LD in 1lb spool of 0.015" solder.Pros: Melts easier than SAC, flows more like eutectic, *can* freeze with a more shiny look.Cons: Still has a tendency to freeze looking more like a cold solder joint, especially if you have a dense board with lots of layers with planes (GND) tied to a terminal of interest.K100D is a *much* better re-work solder than the SAC stuff, which needs a blowtorch to melt, and doesn't wet worth a flip.
