I have issues with my feet and achilles tendons. Every day I wore them there was a real improvement. 1 month later and pain free. Will keep using these. Highly recommend.

After using these for several months, I can highly recommend them. Before I used these, I had foot pain almost any time I wore my shoes. These completely removed that. I am going to order another pair for my hiking boots.

El vendedor a traves de mensaje me indico que era talla generica y que tendria que recortar en caso necesario, me llego de una talla 38 aprox, tengo un 44, y no vienen trozos para pegar (esto es sarcasmo).... tened cuidado con las tallas

Item is one size: Men’s size 5. Product not eligible for return. I’m out €50 and am stuck with the wrong orthotics. DO NOT BUY THESE UNLESS YOU ARE MENS SIZE 5.

At first I hated these because they were hard. My physical therapist recommended them to me after tearing my plantar fascia in half in the middle of my foot. But then once I started wearing these I was walking again in no time. I literally have taken all the insoles out of my shoes and put these in them. I’m only three months out in my healing, but I believe these insoles have helped play a big part in my recovery. They took some getting used to but provide excellent arch support. They are durable and last a while. I need more!

Decent support, but a bit too stiff for meI bought these PowerStep Pinnacle Insoles to help with my plantar fasciitis. They definitely offer solid arch support, and I noticed a bit of pain relief when walking on hard surfaces. However, they are much stiffer than I expected. It took a long time to break them in, and after a few hours of wearing them, the lack of cushioning started making my feet ache in a different way. They also take up quite a bit of room in my shoes, so I had to remove the original factory insoles entirely just to get my feet to fit. They are a decent product and well-made, but they might be too rigid if you prefer a softer, more cushioned feel.

When you walk it feels nice and cushioned , I would say it has moderate arch support and good flexibility if you are looking for an insert that is not rigid .
