3 questions-#1 can you use the arms& legs separately? #2 how loud is unit since I want to watch TV using it? #3 How comfortable (users 5'8"&4'10")

1. The arms and legs will both turn together when either are used, but can be used separately if you keep your arms/legs out of the way. There is good clearance to do this, and I do use one or the other just as much as together. 2. Not loud at all (My huffing and puffing at first were louder than the unit! :-) 3. The seat is adjustable and I find it VERY comfortable, but I am 6'2", so not real sure about how well it might fit someone 4'10".

Can the tension be set to none. i just need the spinning action.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no zero tension setting as such. However, as long as you don't press the red button (Stop/Start), the bike has no resistance and you can bike like that. The display won't show speed, calories, distance etc.

I have an inseam of 29" will my feet reach the pedals?

There can be tension if you want it. You can adjust the backward pedaling so that there is no tension.
