There are times when descriptions and pictures can differ from reality. This is seriously not the case. These are sharp, well made, perfect for small jobs and pretty to look at !

I got these scissors in silver and they look very much as they were pictured. They’re very pretty and they work very well for my embroidery. They cut threads beautifully and the tips are very sharp, a feature that is very important for removing stitches when you mess up. Which, of course, I never do. 😇 But it’s still a nice feature to have.I only gave them four stars for ease of use, easy to hold and comfort, but that’s just me because they’re a little big for my average sized fingers. They would be great for someone who has thicker fingers. They’re not so big that I would send them back. But I’m a bit of a collector and I have other scissors that are more comfortable FOR ME to use. It’s better that they too big than if they were too small. I have a couple pair, much more pricey ones, that are usable, but they a little too small. And I don’t have big hands.All and all, IMHO, they’re decent scissors and a good value for there money. And they’re very pretty! I like them enough that I’m thinking about buying a second pair in rose gold.

These feel good to use.They’re light, delicate and sharp to the very tip of their tips. They’re easy on the fingers because they are laterally balanced, but have a little more heft in the handles, which are also lovely, little sculptures, themselves.Most sewing tools get tucked into drawers when not in use, but these are so pretty, I like to leave them in plain sight beside my sewing machine. They remind me of the pleasure of sewing well with good equipment.

Very tiny and although just what I wanted for my very small hands... the handle does begin to leave indention in my thumb after using and causes some discomfort.... maybe these would be better for a child starting out in sewing or crafting... or just to look at in a display as they are very pretty.

I LOVE these scissors! They are very sharp (and stay sharp), love the intricate scrollwork, love the way they feel in my hand, and the size is perfect. It's rare to find a product that checks every box on your checklist, so I'm delighted that I found these little beauties. 10/10!

Heavier than I expected which is great when it comes to scissors they look just as pictured. Cut very well the size is perfect for little craft projects. The color was spot on too!
