I am very satisfied with this desert cooler. This is my second time purchasing the same Optimus 100 cooler because of its excellent performance and features. I first bought it for my home in 2024, and due to its impressive cooling and reliability, I decided to purchase it again. The cooler comes with dense honeycomb pads along with a mosquito net, and also allows you to fully close the fan wings when not in use, which helps keep dust and insects away. It has a large ice tray that helps enhance cooling during very hot days. The airflow is strong and covers a good area, making it ideal for home use. One of the most convenient features is the auto-fill technology, which saves time and effort. Additionally, the same water motor can be used to drain the water, and it also includes a bottom valve for easy water outlet. Overall, a great product with powerful cooling, useful features, and good durability. Highly recommended!

Caster Wheels Absent: Surprisingly, the product lacks the caster wheels that were supposed to be included, according to its specifications. This omission proves to be a significant inconvenience, particularly given the substantial weight of the filled 100-liter water tank. The absence of wheels not only impedes mobility but also adds unnecessary difficulty to the user experience, highlighting a failure in fulfilling promised features. Concerns and Resolution: In light of these findings, there is a pressing need for Cropton to address these issues promptly and effectively. As a consumer, it is only reasonable to expect a certain standard of quality, and I am eager to see how the company intends to rectify these shortcomings and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.

My experience with this dessert cooler was mixed. First of all, the delivery was very delayed. I received it after around 12 days, which was quite disappointing. When the product arrived, the packaging was in poor condition. The box was damaged and it looked like it had already been opened before, which gave a very bad first impression. However, the cooler itself actually looks very good and has a nice design. It also provides good cooling, so performance-wise it seemed fine. The main issue was with the condition and parts. One drainage pipe was completely missing, and the pipe used to fill water into the tank was loose and not fitting properly. Because of these problems, the product felt incomplete and not properly checked before delivery. Due to these issues, I have requested a return. Overall, the cooler looks good and cools well, but the poor packaging, missing parts, and delayed delivery made my experience disappointing. I would suggest the seller improve quality checks before shipping.

Not cooling as much, but uts okay. Also the net quality is not upto mark. One of the wheels is rusted. Water is leaking from the dranage pipe l, again which can be closed by putting the rubber cap, but that should not be happening. Also, expected a remote at this price point. Its a big sized rocket, not recommended for compact or packed house. The smell is too annoying.

Best thing is you don’t need to do any thing this is smart cooler automatic water drain system. If the water level is low then water pump will automatically off to save the motor or pump. Products was received in very good condition it doesn't have any defect. Seeing at all the reviews You have to be lucky to get a good products from Amazon, seller don't bother to check before sending, Not happy with the seller because they have not shipped for a week after placing order, It came with a third party delivery agent Delivery- After coming to my city they are asking me to pick it up because the godown is just 1 km away from my home and they are not able to find a vehicle to deliver, they even posted a status that they attempted to deliver but customer was not available, I am the one calling them 10 times to deliver it and told them it is very close to their office but they delivered it after 2 days. Anyways, After using it for more than a month I can say it works well till 40 degree temperature. It is not much effective if temperature goes above 45. Not effective for large spaces. pros: Good design and looks. Good air throw, but not as much shown in Amazon product description. Auto fill feature is effective if you fix it in one place and connect with a pipe, water don't spill around the cooler if you forgot to check the water level and stop it. The mosquito net collects Most of the outside dust, Mosquito can find it's way if they want but it's useful to stop most of the dust entering inside. Nets need to be cleaned once a week depending on your location. Ice tray is very spacious. Leavours are very sturdy, upper part is very stiff for movement, lower part is smooth. IDK why they have not made both smooth. Cons: Only problem is to fix the drain water outlet pipe included with it. It is very stiff and hole is small, you have struggle a lot. Wire length is too short, difficult to manage. Cleaning it from inside is difficult, as there are lot of screws to open and the base is not flat, they have given lot of uneven pieces which makes it difficult to clean smoothly.
