I couldn't relate to this book about a 3 day cure. I can't find where Thaddeus Slator is a real doctor. He wants the reader to do a colon cleanse by using all unfamiliar ingredients which the ordinary person cannot afford. We just want to know how to eat properly to avoid getting gout to begin with. Believe me --it is quite painful.

After years of suffering, this book gives me a simple track to follow in reclaiming my life. After reading it, I am immediately on my way to recovery and relieved that I have a clear set of guidelines to follow. Life gave me a lemon, but lemons are analyzing and I am well stocked with them. Thank you, Mr Slator!

After 4 days was only nominally better than when the detox was started. Very expensive process. Recommend gout sufferers trying eliminating fructose for two weeks to see how this helps. I saw positive results within 24 hours.

Wonderful book. Honestly saving my life. There is more than a cure for gout, book clued me into why gout, why my weight problem. I am now reading the books he referred to in this book. I usually dont rate books or do surveys.

This book covers everything a person who is suffering from gout should know. Very educational and informative. I would recommend the book to anyone with gout or arthritis. I gave it a 5 star rating because it is so well written which translates into the fact that if a person with gout owns this book he will not need any other books on healing gout.

I used to control my gout with baking soda but lately it stopped working. My recent attack was really bad and I was desperate to find a non-drug solution. I saw this book and decided to take a chance. I do not regret it. It is not a quick solution or even easy but it improving my health in general on top of the gout. I feel good so far and for $6 dollars it's worth the price.
