Great at what it's supposed to be great at
Firstly, I didn't install as was replacing storage heaters so required electrician to change sockets and got them to fix new heaters.Does the job you want really well - heating the room.The programme function is a little fiddly but it is lower end of the budget so expected.Overall very happy. If I were looking to purchase again I'd spend a little more for one with easier programming and that can connect to WiFi.

Not economical
I bought two Haverland Electric Radiators, hoping to reduce the electricity consumption, however no difference to my previous old radiators! Total waste of money!

Fiendishly complicated to program
I have four of these units. As another reviewer has suggested, they make a hearty click when they come on and off, enough to wake me in the night. The other issue is the horribly complicated programming of them - goodness knows why it need to be like this. These units were specified by my electricians but I'd certainly not buy or install them myself.
