quality control?
I recently brought this acupressure mat for my partner as a Christmas present in an attempt to help with his back and neck pain as well as sleep and anxiety issues. Upon arrival i was pleased with the overall aesthetic of the product and the materials used, the ethics and morals too are a great aspect to the company. Sadly upon opening the mat out i noticed that the lotus spikes were not centre to the mat and some were touching, this made the mat look cheap and as if no care had gone into the quality control aspect of bringing this mat together. In the pictures stated online the lotus spikes are clearly an even distance apart and centred to the mat. Just before Christmas this is not an ideal outcome and for the large amount of money spent i am left feeling as if i could have spent the money elsewhere on a different product that would not disappoint

Quality control ?
I recently brought this beautiful beneficial looking mat as a Christmas present for my other half who suffers with a number of issues that this mat could help with.Once it arrived I was pleased by the feel of the quality material used on this mat. Upon further inspection tho I noticed that the mat was not centred and some of the lotus’ were touching.. In the pictures stated they are supposedly distanced evenly apart. I think the morals and values behind this company is really amazing. But I am disappointed in the quality control and worry that the high price for this product could be spent better elsewhere.
