Sealed ridge vent
Used this to seal a hole chewed in a ridge vent by roof rats. Worked fantastic and no more critters in the attic.

Good Cement; Cheap Tube
The roof cement itself seems good, but the tube is pretty cheap. The nozzle was bent, and some cement was going out of the back as I squeezed the caulk gun. Despite these problems, I made it work. Given how cheap it was, I’m mostly satisfied.

Stops those leaks!
Just like the other reviews say you will want to wear gloves for this. It is thick and tar like and very sticky... But that's what you want for stopping a roof leak. I used a paper towel to scrape off the excess but a plastic knife or spoon that you can throw away after may be better. I had a small leak next to a pipe that went through the roof. After applying this it has rained and no leaking!

Buy something else. This doesn't work. Ruined my caulking gun.
Product didn't work properly. I put it in my caulking gun, new one mind you. The item leaked all out the bottom. Appears the exit end had already dried up and I couldn't get it to open up. The bottom leaking ruined my caulking gun and had to throw the roof product and caulking gun away. Not I need to buy a replacement product and a new caulking gun. Complete waste of money on a bad product.

Good Quality Sealer
Can't find this locally anymore at least in the cartridge form. It works well and is easier to use in this form.

Roof Patch
Used it for patching cracks and exposed nails in roof shingles

VERY THICK
The material is thick. It takes considerable effort to squeeze out using the caulking gun. But it did work and stopped the leak.
