They work, but.....
The batteries worked as stated. I use these at work in the stainless steel fabrication industry. No problems till here 10 months later and one battery faults while under charge...charger is in good working condition....battery is dead.I think the batteries have a 12 month warranty so I will try and get it replaced.In the meantime I did also purchase another 2 pack, which arrived today.

Great Batteries & Great Price
Got these to use on job sites. Wasn’t sure how they would hold up or how long they would last. Have to say we are super impressed! They are great, durable, long lasting, and we will be ordering more!

Very disappointed
The batteries will not charge. Great idea, but bad engineering. I had used these batteries a hand full of times. The longevity is terrible at best.I see that the manufacturer warrants these for 18 months. However I can't find how I can get the replaced. How do I return these for replacement under warranty?UPDATE:Spoke with vendor. They finally agreed to a refund, but then wanted pictures of the batteries. They sent me their email address and Amazon blocked it. Now the vendor will not reply.If I could guve this negative star review, I would. Do yourself a favor and avoid this POS at all costs. This is a perfect example of terrible customer service and a borderline scam. Total waste of time and money. I'm considering deleting my Amazon account because of this experience.

Good value
So far so good for the value and I love being able to see the battery life percentage with push button

Good product and customer service
Bought similar product that would not charge. It would keep over loading the charger. Contacted company and they had me buy this set and gave me a refund. One of the batteries needed a slight adjustment to fit the charger but other than that they have worked well. Pleased with the product and service was nice.

Works great and is cheap
For the price you can buy 4 of them for the price of 2 regular battery, so if one goes bad it's no problem. The battery life per charge is great it can go a full week with light to heavy used.
