Allow plenty of time for it to charge, and on the charger cord there are some important tips to keep in mind if there is an error. The two on it say Flashing Red Light: Connection Error. Please check clamps for proper battery polarity/connection. Red Light Always On: System Error, Disconnect clamps from vehicle for 60 seconds and try again.
