Works better than any OTC product
You really dont need a lot . a little rubbed in well goes a long way and it stays hot for hours. Out beats any OTC products. Be careful not to put it on Any cuts or scratches that haven't healed. I use this one and the cryoderm (cold) gel, at different time obviously, both work fantastic!!!! Helps with muscles spasums in my lower back and rotator cuff surgery pain in my shoulder. Make sure you wash your hands really well after use, it burns the nose and eyes if you touch them accidentally .Hope you feel better!

Burn
I do not recommend this product. I put it on my skin and I received a burn in the area of application. And it was extremely painful worse than any sunburn I've ever had. I do not recommend this and you will not receive a refund if you purchase it. So now I'm out a very large amount of money for something that I'm not going to be able to use

This product is wonderful! it has helped me to get a better ...
I use cryoderm twice a day. Once in the morning and again before bed. This product is wonderful! It has helped me to get a better night's sleep. I have really been suffering with bursitis in my hips and arthritis in my knees. I used to toss and turn all night trying to find a comfortable position. Now I can sleep uninterrupted for 4 hours. During the day I can do my regular housework, cooking, laundry, etc. just like everyone else. Not bad for someone pushing 70 with "itis" issues. Thank you cryoderm.

Very hot, works great
Love this stuff. Test first, Use sparingly at first to test on your skin, gets really hot. Takes a couple washings with dish soap to remove. Don't take a hot bath with it on. Don't get on sensitive tissue or in your eyes. I Used for stiff back muscles. Also used while sking to keep muscles warm/hot and promote flexibility and reduce potential strain.

STAY AWAY!
Several months ago I visited my chiropractor to help alleviate a muscle strain in my back. While there, he used Thermoderm on my back, and it felt like Bengay to the extreme, providing immediate and substantial relief--enough so that I came home and ordered a bottle for use at home. I used it a couple of times to the same effect; it seemed like a very intense and potent analgesic, and although it was quite uncomfortable for some time after application, it worked. And then . . . I used it one afternoon on a very sore muscle in my shoulder, expecting the same effect that I had experienced previously. For a few minutes I felt the acute and unpleasant sensations that I had felt before, but then it blew up. My skin started burning--it felt literally like I was on fire. It was excruciatingly painful. I tried washing it off, but like poison ivy, anywhere on my body that I touched after rubbing my shoulder began to burn. The pain was piercing, agonizing, unbearable. I was actually screaming and crying for it to stop--it was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had to endure. Eventually, after a couple of hours--much of that time in a cool shower--it started to calm down. The skin on my shoulder was red and raw and very sensitive, but I didn't dare put any lotion or soothing ointment on it. I immediately threw the remainder of the Thermoderm away, and I would counsel anyone to STAY AWAY!

BE CAREFUL
When taking a shower, the lotion creates almost a scalding effect from the reaction to the water. Allow plenty of time after applying before showering,
