Q: do you say that they are cranberry extract, but are they any different/stronger or the same as cranberry concentrate pills?

Each pill has 450 mg of Cranberry extract. Other brands boast of different amounts. They don't seem to be comparing a standardized substance so comparisons may not be very meaningful. I get this brand because it is Amazon's Choice and it seems to work OK for me. I think I am getting a good amount of the active ingredient for the money. I take it with Cystex methenamine to subdue a chronic prostate infection.
