Great quality - a go to for me nowI’ve used coconut oil for years, especially after looking into Dr. Ray Peat’s work, and this one’s honestly up there with the best I’ve tried. I use it for both cooking and on skin, it’s clean, neutral, and does the job really well. Brilliant for frying rice and roast potatoes. Definitely something I’ll keep buying.

This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been packaged in a plastic jar. I usually get the smaller size and that comes in a glass container. I won't buy this one again but will be more vigilant about checking the material used for the packaging when ordering another one. Other than that, it's an excellent vegetarian/vegan choice as a healthy oil for cooking with. It has a neutral taste so there's no worries about coconut flavour in your savoury dishes.

I use this in all my baking. It has no taste and works beautifully.I watched a youtube vid about the benefits of coconut oil on the skin. My turkey neck- well it's amazing. After just one quick massage with a tiny bit It changed the skin from awful to smooth almost immediately. I put some in a pot mixed with suntan lotion and have been using it every morning.I also put it on mixed with some lavender cream at night. It looks a bit oily at first but my skin eats it up quickly. It's really an Incredible result- as promised by the youtuber.My sceptic 'bloke' partner was shocked at the change in my skin health and now he has a started using it too.His skin which was weathered by years of working in the elements has smoothed out and is actually glowing.So- great for baking, great for de-aging.

The only thing I haven’t used this product for is cooking, but as I have been using it for my body, I would preferably get another one for just cooking LOL or at least separate it before😂 however, for my skin hair and teeth (as I do oil, pulling )this product has no bad review from me.Although a cheaper brand offers a little more in their container, this size one has lasted a good while, especially as I use it as a moisturiser, I mix it with my body lotion too . Smell is fine and texture all i can say is great when it gets to room temp and does the job for oil pulling easy, its not hard to break up when its cold either!

I use this for stir fry. Only leaves a slight taste, which you don't notice if using a sauce. Will last a long time as not much needed...good value for money.
