Easy to use and has kept my motorcycle battery ride ready.

This is an amazing product. I connected the included adapter to my Ducati Monster S4R and I can just easily connect this charger to it whenever I need to keep the battery fresh (or just leave it on if you want).I also use the included set of clamps to keep the battery healthy on my Husqvarna mower (Husqvarna YTH23V48-CA 48-Inch 724cc 23 HP Briggs & Stratton Intek V-Twin Pedal Activated Hydrostatic Transmission Riding Lawn Tractor (CARB Compliant) - awesome mower also bought on Amazon).It's better than other trickle chargers I've had because it even revives dying batteries and keeps them healthy.If you got this far in the review just click buy. Bought 1 and it brought back a battery from the dead, so I bought another one for my other bike. These are the best of the best, worth every penny. Works as it is supposed to. How many times can you actually say that?

While it does a good job at maintaining a battery just fin the act of reviving one was not successful on two attempts on two separate batteries.

I bought a TecMate TM-341DUAL OptiMate 4DUAL 1 Amp Weatherproof Desulfating Charger/Maintainer for a new UTV/Side-By-Side. The vehicle will sit during a good part of the winter, and I wanted to maintain and preserve the battery life of the vehicle. The TecMate charger was one of a few chargers recommended by my vehicle manufacturer but seemed to be the most used by other owners of vehicles like mine.Understanding the charger basically works automatically, I read the charging process extensively to understand exactly how it works and what the different modes actually achieve. This is an amazing low-cost charger! I gave the charger 4 out of 5 stars but will revisit the review in time to see if the charger lasts and the battery remains at an ultimate charged condition.

Excellent unit. I now have three, one of them is about ten years old and still working perfectly. They are a superior product for keeping motorcycle batteries alive and working well for years. One of the batteries being serviced by these units is on a battery that was purchased in 2009 for one of my motorcycles. I thought I would replace that battery this year, but there is clearly no need to do so. The battery is like new and holds a full charge. Part of the secret is that you plug the unit in every time you park the bike.

This charger was advertised as the best thing ever and it did work for a short while although it took calls to TecMate in Canada to figure out the rather complicated operation of it. After maybe a dozen uses in two years the unit just quit working and calls to Tec Mate about the warranty resulted in them lying and telling us there was only a two year warranty and it was out of that warranty. They even sent a form we would have to sign before sending it to them agreeing to a two year warranty, charges for repair and that we would have to send the unit prepaid both ways to Canada from AZ, which would be more than the cost of the charger in the first place. I sent them a scan of the paperwork showing the words THREE YEAR WARRANTY, thanked them for nothing and threw the thing away. The customer service rep was intent on avoiding any cost to the company or any responsibility for repair or replacement as specified in the warranty. I would not recommend this company or it's products.

I currently own 3 of these chargers. I use one at home, one at my cottage, and I keep one in my truck.I have a quick plug on my ATV, riding lawn mower, and vehicles. I plug this into the batteries over winter to maintain the battery. I have had no problems with the batteries over charging nor loosing their efficiency while using this charger. I do not have empirical evidence but my batteries have been performing better over the last two years (during cold winters) since using this line of chargers.
