Ceramic Knife Set of 4, Cerahome Steak Knife Rust Proof and Stain Resistant Chef Knife Set Super Sharp Kicthen Knife with Sheath Upgrade Handle (red)

First of all, I didn’t have any ceramic knife before this set, so I am comparing the set with my other regular metal knife. When I compare it with my other metal knife that’s also relatively new, using both of them on lemon, tomato, cooked steak, I can tell immediately that this set is much better than the metal one I had. It’s very sharp. It also feels sturdy, the weight is about right for its size. I am very impressive with this set, I got four knifes for $19 and I think that’s pretty good value. The only thing I worry about is how long it will last because I never use this new material before.

This is the first set of ceramic knives that I've owned. I was a little skeptical because it feels like plastic and whenever I think knife I automatically think of steel. I've got to say though contrary to my original thoughts I'm pretty impressed with the sharpness of these knives. For the price I would say it was a pretty good deal. I do still doubt that they will hold up overtime but I can't attest to that because I haven't had them that long yet. They're very sharp and pretty cool looking too.

Love these knives, they are sharp as sword, can cut meat, fruits, vegetables, wood and what not! Besides it is crazy inexpensive. I've Japanese Damascus steel knife and I dare to say I can get the similar cut with this knife too with exact precision!

These are sharp! I've never owned a ceramic knife before these and was surprised how strong they are. They are lightweight but durable.

I don’t eat steak. So, why did I buy these? I have read through other reviews and decided to buy to try it on fruits and vegetables. They don’t look sharp but they are really good. I have tried several fruits including apples. They are easy to clean and can be put in dishwasher. Since they are ceramic, they don’t absorb the smells of what was cut before. I wish they also had an option of 4 different colors. Again, that’s just me. Overall, these are really good.
