Great product for the price! My husband is very hard on watches. I was worried when he switched from a G-Shock to an Apple Watch. I bought him this watch cover hoping it would help protect it. No problems with comfort and was easy to install, no tools needed. A year later, I was surprised when he showed me two large gouges in the screen area of the cover. Fortunately, no damage to the Apple watch itself. He recently broke both watch band strap holders, leaving the band to stick out. I bought him another case, same exact one. Upon receiving it we learned the manufacturer warranties their product. An email was sent to the manufacturer regarding the broken strap holders from the first band/case. The company sent a new case/band. The item was received quickly. Great customer service!Would recommend!

I spend many hours a day in a woodworking shop, and consequently subject my watches to any amount of abuse. Having been given a nice iWatch, and having scratched within a week it was time to take preventive action. I tried stick-on covers, and plastic shields, but none worked well with showers.So to make a long story short, this case, so far, has been perfect for me! Water proof, scratch proof, yet retaining very good touch response :). The included watch bands (I got 2 bands!) have an innovative pin design that makes the pins MUCH easier to install/remove.Assembly is very straightforward, if a little difficult to replace the back (but, hey, you wanted waterproof!)One slight caution is that when you charge the watch, the case does not allow the charger to touch quite as close as to a "naked" watch. But it still charges.If you don't like the bulky appearance, then keep looking. Ford me it was function, function, function.Oh yes, the exterior buttons work fine as well.Comment: A few reviewers were p-ing and m-ing about how the watch case leaked water; I did find that back took some effort to reseal after watch was inserted. Failure to snap the back entirely closed would account for the leakage. I have done everything except submerge my arm in the lake, and zero leakage for me so far.Update: I bought my second case the other day - maybe a year later - to address the issue noted above! That is, a less-than-perfect water seal. Although I am not absolutely sure, I think the case first leaked when I took the kids to the wading pool - as distinct from the shower. Not that this is a crisis in and of itself, because it is easy to open the case and dry it out with alcohol wipe. However, it seems that after a few repetitions of open/dry/close, the watch seal got progressively worse, and started to leak in the shower.On the positive side, the plastic watch face cover has performed extremely well, which for me was the primary function I needed. After a year of abuse it is hardly scratched at all. So basically I bought the second one to see if the seal performs better

It works like it should however you have to take the watch out and clean it or it will act up.

So I’m not usually the one to give 5 stars due to me being very critical about everything I purchase, but this thing has really stood the test of time with me. My job is VERY hard on and hazardous with Apple watches, and it’s actually not the area you really want to wear something so expensive (the watch). This thing took all the beatings and scrapes that came along. Only issues I had were the side button/crown knob being hard to use. Other than that, this thing was great. Only reason I had to throw it out is the band retainers both broke and the flapping band was becoming a hazard in many ways. Would definitely recommend

Loved the watch band!! It fit my Apple Watch 6 like a glove. The only thing that didn’t work with the case is the EKG app. Does not pickup my pulse. I knew that when I bought the case. Love the built in screen guard..

This case is very strong and durable. Case was easy to install on my watch and came with clear instructions. Cannot beat the price and quality of this Apple Watch case!

Having used a lot of different cases and protectors for my watch, I am particular about the durability of them. Thus far, this cases gets the gold deal of approval. Not only does it seem to be very heavy duty and we'll built but it has a ton of options with different straps and accessories in the box. The clasp mechanism holding the "box" onto the watch is firm so make sure you give it a good press to get it to close, but assembly otherwise was very easy. Changing and installing the straps for required minimal skill. Overall a great buy.

This is a serviceable and durable-feeling watch case with one Achilles heel: the strap keepers will not stay in place when worn, and walk outwards, leaving the free end of the strap flapping around. It's happened to me several times a day and is very frustrating. Otherwise, it seems a solid, if quite large, case. Series 6 owners should not the crown is covered and it will not allow use of the ECG function, which requires you to place a fingertip on the watch crown. Ultimately, it isn't a solution for me due to the strap issue.

Queda exacto en watch 5 series 44 mm, la correa es flexible, la medida igual que la original, trae dos juegos, la carcasa queda exacta, protege totalmente el reloj y la mica es sensible al tacto totalmente.La única inconveniencia es que las correas traen pernos, no se deslizan e incrustan en el reloj como otras, pero se sienten seguras, son pernos metálicos. Tengo unas semanas usándolo, se ve robusto y le da un aspecto G-Shock al Apple Watch, su punto débil es que no se escucha bien la conversación telefónica.Ampliando mi comentario ayer 30.05.2021 quede desilusionado del producto resulta que no es contra agua como menciona el vendedor, me metí a una de 1.5 metros y le entró agua (como se aprecia en la imagen) por este motivo quisera devolverlo porque no cumple con lo descrito, AMAZON espero se pongan en contacto conmigo….

Se ve de buena calidad, es fácil de instalar, pa parte trasera también viene con un recubrimiento de plástico que lo protege contra el agua, lo único que no me gusto mucho es que la correa viene con pernos que se ven alto delicados y pudieran fallar.La mica de la pantalla se ve bien no afecta al funcionamiento y no hace burbujas como otras.Y por último el precio está muy bien considerando otros productos similares.

Excelente producto , el acabado es muyBueno , vienen correas extras de diferentes tamaños para un ajuste perfecto , protege en la totalidad el Apple Watch y la vista es sport agradable. Gran recomendación

Muy funcional y cuida excelente mi Apple Watch. Suelo ir a senderos y caminar entre hierbas y ramas que pudieran rayarlo pero ha demostrado ser una excelente funda. Es cierto que para checar mi oxigenación batallaba al inicio pero solo es cuestión de ajustarlo correctamente y listo.
