I suppose it's time to write a review. As far as functionality, the charger it came with and laptop itself came working great. I recommend fully charging first. It has two USB-c ports, you can conveniently charge it from either side. Expectably, the laptop I received has a decent but not great battery. I'd say the charge lasts a few good hours, and it maintains, even gains battery if you are using it while plugged it. It charges from dead to full in about an hour and a half, but charges in about 45 minutes with 15%< battery life. If you are going to get a Chromebook, this is a great model to choose. Super easy to navigate, it has a great setup for personal and work accounts, you can set your password for each account, and never accidentally use the wrong account for anything. The app store has a very wide variety, including many things available on your phone, and automatically syncs to your phone so you can download on your computer from your phone. The keyboard came fully functional with everything in the right place, and it was well dusted. There has been no issues with performance, and everything works right. As far as condition and appearance, that would be the only thing I could see contributing to the markdown. Obviously a used device, so duh. As I said the battery is not as long lasting as a new model, and additionally it came with a few scratches and writing on the bottom. All hardware in tact. Thank you for reading

For the price it was amazing! Like new condition. My only wish is that it had a touch screen. I plugged in a mouse and have a very inexpensive working device. Quite happy with it!

I was going to mark this with 5 stars but it's starting to have problems connecting to wifi... sometimes it takes some convincing. Otherwise, here's my sellers review: Good solid basic laptop, there were a few minor issues, but for the price I'm still giving the seller 5 stars. Issues...it wasn't cleaned very well, no biggie though, and because it's an old model it's not very good at games or having multiple tasks up at once. Not the sellers fault. It's perfect for my documents, email and social media, which is what I bought it for.

I bought this for my son’s Christmas present, it does not have Google play and games cannot be played on it. I had to return it. If you want a cheap Chromebook that you can do anything but Google things DONT GET THIS ONE

This is the first refurbished device I’ve bought on Amazon, and I’m pleased with the result. I wanted a functional, portable, lightweight unit that I could use when I did not need the full gaming laptop experience and this fills the bill The Acer Chromebook looks almost new. No obvious marks or blemishes. The screen is unblemished as well. Battery condition is good. The latest version of Chrome is available. This little unit is an excellent value for the money. A good purchase.

Works perfect. The bottom has some mismatched plastic with different shades of black. But its not too noticeable. Overall a great buy. Decent battery life, easy to use.

If all that you want to do is to surf the web then this little Chromebook is ok, but if you want to be able to download apps from the app store then you are out of luck. There is no way to get Google play to work because the software is over 10 years old. My daughter wanted one to be able to play some games on, and now it won't work for her. I guess I learned my lesson and will be getting her a new laptop soon.
