Creekside Naturals Children's Sleep, Orange Dream, 30 EZ Melt Tablets

Been using this for 1yr+ off and on but multiple times a month on a variety of ages (under 11). Works every time. Gentle, relaxing and kids asleep after 20-30 minutes (especially kiddos 2-6). I always thought this was 1mg of Melatonin but was pleasantly surprised that it is only 0.5 melatonin! These really work for us, we try not to make it a habit because we have heard some negative studies on continued use of melatonin over time. If we could more comfortably/confidently use these daily, we would. My kids love them, and ask for them. We love that we can snap them in half easily. We did notice that our 4 year old and 2 year old got cranky tired/restless if we gave them a whole tablet/melt and it showed. So we gave them half tablets the next time and it did the job. We have used these probably for 3+ years. I panick when they are not available on Amazon. We used to by them under the Zzzzz brand/old packaging. Got really worried when they weren't there but occasionally we see them under that old look and get them if these aren't available. We think the Chamomile is an added bonus and promoted effectiveness. I see that they have an unmeasurable amount of Magnesium Stearate. All bonuses in our opinion. The MELT part is great for teeth. The gummie versions at the c v s or wal green are good, but they are 1mg and are gummies. That means the kids should have them BEFORE brushing teeth but that is not our schedule and we prefer to avoid the gummie material from possibly staying in the groves of their molars which would promote cavities. My only gripe or complaint would be that the individual foil packaging for each sleeve has no printing or labeling on it. So when the sleeve is left out of the box, or falls out in a purse or luggage, then you don't know what the pills are (if you have other products thay come in similar packaging, which we do). I have written in permanent marker to help identify them. I am adding photo of 4 products we have that some have identifying marking and this product and one other that do not have markings. Until this day we don't know for sure what the other one is. We recently bought a homeopathic non-melatonin option. It does not work as well, is not consistent and depending on the night we end up giving some of the kids this Creekside Children's Sleep Aid to get them to rest in a timely manner. Would be great if they developed an Eldeberry/Vitamin D edition for the winter months to support little immune systems. As an adult I have used these successfully as well. Just 1 tablet and it helps to fall asleep. The packaging says not habit forming. We agree. My kids aren't dependent but as parents we would like to use this more often to help with out weak sleep strategies. The package says Safe and Effective: we don't know the extent of that statement but still avoid using them more than we do use them out of an abundance of caution for any long term negative effects from consistent use. We recently bought like 6 packages because of holidays and to avoid any inventory issues. We really love these and count on these and depend on them.

I have an autistic 2 year old. She stays on sleep schedule for weeks at a time. Any of my fellow parents with autistic children know that out of the blue, they can completely fall off schedule. This product has helped us stay on schedule and saved mine and my husbands sanity. My husband and I both work from home. When she would get off schedule it would be 2 weeks of not sleeping, barely scraping by to get her back on schedule. Only for the schedule to work for a few weeks, and then her get off schedule again. I’m not sure why I didn’t think of this product sooner but I wish I did. It would’ve saved a lot of tears and sleepless weeks. I’m also trying to wean her from nursing. So it is especially hard. We’ve tried multiple products on the market. Liquid, gummies, chewable. Those other products she would wake up at times she wouldn’t normally. She’d bounce up at 3am wide awake and ready to party. Or she’d have terrible melt downs lasting several hours. If I had to guess, those products, one being a gummy, the other a liquid, couldn’t perfectly get down a measurable exact dosage. This product being a chewable and in 1 dose, measured tablets. Not only makes sure your child is getting a consistent dose but also is consistent strength, taste and amount. If you’re a parent struggling with sleeping issues, please try this product. It’s been the most consistent, less harmful and best product we’ve used. No matter whether you’re still looking for that perfect product or this is the first time you’re trying it, get this product. We have tried all the things to help our son sleep. Different routines, different lotions & washes, different bedtime snack/drink ordeals, all the natural ways. He just does not want to. I hate turning to medicine but sometimes it’s just needed or he will not sleep. This however, works like a charm. It has literally changed our lives for really really rough bedtimes. Having my boy *WANT* to go to bed for once is just an amazing feeling after sooo long of fighting it bc he just wants to be apart of everrrrrything LOL

I got this product because my son is two and he's been using hylands calming tablets for a while now but they have lost any effectiveness pretty much because they are basically just chamomile. They work alright he seems to go to sleep quicker and maybe sleep more soundly but as far as keeping him asleep ehh not really. He's pretty much on the same routine I was trying to break which is waking anywhere between 2:30 and 4 and making me put him in our bed with us then or on his next waking at around 5ish the only thing it has helped with is him waking to drink his cup in between those hours and I'm not sure how long that will last as he will probably get use to these and do the same as before. For now they are the best thing available for my 2year old though most everything else is 4 and up and it's very hard to find anything marketed for his age. He is autistic so I can't just say okay it's bedtime and tonight we're gonna try doing this and not that so I was hoping these would help me get some sleep anyway buy them if you wanna try it or don't either way is about the same but you might get a little more rest and maybe some results varrying upon each individual person. The amount for the price is pretty decent I have noticed my son .make a horrible sour face when he takes it which is uncommon for him but I've not tried it to know what to say about it and since he is non verbal I can't really tell you what he thinks about it. They came as fast as they should have and was packaged well. Give it a shot.

Product was always great but they need to start delivering it to the second floor like it says to instead I get to get soaking wet in the rain

Purchased this for my 3 year old son with ASD. As many children on the spectrum who have frequent night wakings, my son experiences the same. I purchased multiple products through Spectrum Awakening, and while I believe those products have helped, these tabs by Creekside Natural Theraputics have consistently worked well! The extra benefit aside from consistency is the cost difference! So many parents with children on the spectrum or other disabilities have difficult times with finances due to lack of child care (professionals trained to care for ASD children), cost of multiple therapies not fully covered by insurances(ABA, ST, OT...), multiple supplements, and so on, that it's such a blessing to be able to find something that works and is helpful to the budget. I used a Calm & Cool, Sleep & Serotonin, alternated with melatonin. Finally, I had the courage to just try the Creekside tabs (2), and he slept through the night! This is our experience only, he also seemed calmer with his mornings, and I hope this can work for other families. I do add magnesium with this since the other supplements kept him regular with added mag/calcium. He also gets a probiotic. He chews the tabs easy and my other children (one sister on spectrum w/minor sleep issues to "shut it down"). found them quite tolerable. I hope the company is able to keep their cost down. I re-ordered off their website as Amazon no longer had them available. When I went directly to the Creekside Natural Theraputics website they were on back order. I took a chance I would not be waiting long and ordered more. I received feedback they were being shipped to me the next day. Also noted they had other products for anxiety and hyperactivity. I love that the sleep aid has a small dose of melatonin (0.5mg) and mostly supported by chamomile (2mg). Hope it can help your family too.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Our wild toddler with ASD hypes himself up and up. It’s like we’d get him to wind down and regulate, and then he’d be amped again. This has helped him and US too get all much needed sleep. We give him breaks on the weekends, but oh it’s been a life saver! Also they taste amazing and dissolve quick.
