EXCELLENT!!!!Stylish & comfortable.

I’m a large guy, with size 15 extra wide feet. These shoes are great! As a work boot/tennis shoes kind of guy, dress shoes and my feet don’t normally mix well together. Until now, I have struggled finding dress shoes I could wear long enough to comfortably make it back home and get them off my feet. These are the exception. I haven’t had a chance to fully break them in, but the few hours I’ve worn them have been great! Plenty of room and feel good so far!! 5 stars for sure!!

Comfortable - holds a shine - good material - great value.

This is my second pair of this brand/model shoe. My first (purchased elsewhere) held up pretty good until the sole separated at the heel. I purchased my most recent pair and have found them to be pretty good especially for the price. I love how they look and how well the finish holds up. I clean them with a damp rag then buff with a soft dry cloth until the shine is to my expectation. They are pretty comfortable given my size (I’m big). They recently developed a squeak which seems to come from the left heel. I can’t find a hole or separation so I’ll keep wearing them. Not a bad shoe for the $.*update* 3 1/2 months is how long this pair lasted before the heel separated. At this price I’ll buy one more pair to last the winter, then I’ll move on to Red Wings or likewise.UPDATE- 6 months of wearing them 2-4 times a week in my office job and they are just now starting to need replacement. These are the best shoes for the price!

Update 3 having had the Dunham by New Balance Men's Burlington Waterproof Oxford for several years, they are finally staring to loose their waterproofing. They are still holding together, but starting to show some wear. All in all they have held up very well. Now I see they are listed as synthetic, as I have looked at the reviews, some sizing problems are cropping up. When I get a new pair, I will share my experience.UPDATE 2 With the decline in quality control, i searched the web for a shoe as comfortable as these and found it: Dunham by New Balance Men's Burlington Waterproof Oxford available here on Amazon. After a short break in, they feel every bit as, and even a bit more comfortable as Deer Stags. Yes they cost more, but if you want the comfort of deer stag, these are the ones. From the Dunham reviews, there may be some size issues for some, but amazon return is great.UPDATE: After 7 months with the shoes, they need to be replaced with something else.These are fine as long as the air cushion lasts and my died after the first week. You will first notice a yellow powder on the outer part of the soul, meaning the seal is broken. I did wear them for another 6 months, but they need to come off after a half mile walk. I also noticed my shoe sole is starting to separate.Pro: The most comfortable show for walking as long as the air cushion lastsCon: Air cushion the first to go.Sole starts separating within 6 months.Advise: buy something else. Good only if you need to wear them a few hours a week.Original postI was going to try Deer Stags again. These USED to be the best shoes on the market for comfort. Over the years it has been downhill. I thought I would give it one last try...In the 90s I used these on the flight line. Insulated, waterproof, an excellent air cushion system - what more could you want. The soles would wear out before anything else.The last pair I purchased two years ago, the air cushion was the first thing to go. Then eventually the top and bottom separated within 6 months.This time, the air cushion was gone in a week. Still holding together, keeping my feet dry but we will see.If anyone out there has found a replacement for this shoe, please post it for the rest of us.
