Safe non-stick!
This frying pan gets used more than any other pan in my kitchen. I am adding other Greenpans! Truly nonstick and you do not have to worry about teflon flakes etc. Safe to cook with! Imagine that!! Many are not.

Great find!
What a great find. We used this pan in the oven and more importantly used on the grill to cook outdoors without heating the house up. I had no idea how well this pan works. Cooked a spatchcock chicken first time and was marinated just add a little stock in the hour it cooks, and nothing sticks so clean up is effortless. a bonus for cooking veg like asparagus red pepper mushroom the pan gets so hot and conducts heat so well 3 minutes each side and done! Very pleased!!!

Great, except for the weight.
I love the GreenPan ceramic coating. It is non-stick and healthy. With the Paris line, I don't have to worry about using high heat. The only difficulty with this wok is its weight. It is too heavy to flip the contents (I have always enjoyed tossing food - it makes me feel like a pro). Even lifting the pan to pour contents puts a significant strain on my wrist (and I am not weak-wristed). However, the quality is great. It is very easy to clean, as with everything in the Paris GreenPan line. So if you don't feel compelled to flip your food to add drama to the kitchen, you should enjoy this wok.

Very easy to clean after cooking
Amazingly easy to clean after cooking a steak with great grill marks. After fighting with an All-Clad grill pan to get it clean for years, this pan is a dream come true. Great even heat distribution as well.
