Does it change colors according to the temperature of your mouth?

No. It blends to your skin tone based upon each persons unique body chemistry. But it doesn't change colors throughout the day based on body temperature. This is a fav product for me, and I'm super picky about lip products. It's creamy, not drying, a bit shiny but not glossy, and on me a gorgeous natural pink tone highlighting my coloring.

where does this product made in USA?

Good morning!  Dior originated in France but expanded it's products to the United States in the 1940's, setting up the perfume line in New York City.  However the company has vast holdings and I'm not sure where this particular product is manufactured.  I'll do some research and get back with you.  The information is on the insert liner of the box but I've long discarded mine by now.  Hope this helps.  Perhaps I'll have definitive information for you regarding it's orgin later.  ~ Donna

Is it a two step process/looks like two tubes (or is that just one covered/uncovered) and is it pink or coral...seems to be an option for either.

what does the outer casing feel like?  is there weight to it, is it plastic, does it feel cheap, etc.?  also, has the silver lettered text rubbed off?

The outside casing is made of plastic...practically weightless...all the letters are intact and the word Dior is etched and no the silver letters have not rubbed off. The outside appearance looked very nice as u would expect from Dior. The outside appearance is not what kept me from getting this product time and time again,  it's what the inside do that deliver it for me. Hope this help.
