Product arrived as described. Very good results to all parts of the garage door. Definitely enhanced a smooth & quiet function of all moving parts. Easy to apply dual sprayer.

This works great for other things as well. I needed to take a door off the hinges to move a large piece of furniture, and was having trouble getting the pins out. I used this, and the pins popped right out. Also, a door that had been squeaking for a long time now is completely silent! Much better than WD-40, which smells too much like petroleum.

Sprayed this on the tracks, rollers, hinges, and springs after confirming the right spots. Application was easy thanks to the dual spray straw. Results showed up right away. The door runs noticeably quieter and feels like it is under less strain when opening and closing. Movement is smoother overall. The 11 oz can holds a lot of product. For a single garage door you will barely make a dent in it even with periodic maintenance. One can could easily cover several doors in the neighborhood if people wanted to split the cost. Simple product that does exactly what it claims and lasts a long time.

Lubricant seems effective and the garage door seems slightly quieter after first application. The spray pressure is quite high - a lot more than what I’m used to with WD-40 cans that have the same type of flip up and flip down plastic straw hose. The blowback of the spray gets all over my hands and the can. If I increase the distance and hold the can farther away, I lose the pin-point accuracy and the coverage widens out and the lubricant sprays all over nearby surfaces. I don’t know if this higher pressure is unique to my one can or is typical of 3 in 1 Garage Door Lubricant spray can.

Very good. I used at the door connections of my cars, on the hood lock of the car and that got instantly better. Approved

Exactly what I wanted - easy fix for creaky doors (hinges and springs.) Use cardboard behind the spray and wear safety glasses - the spray comes out strong. Has lots of other household uses.

Great protection sprays straight, no greasiness so it doesn’t collect dirt can be used in other places so it’s very versatile. It adheres to metal very well. Will stop your noisy garage door. Use it on the springs and rollers the cable drums and hinges.

This 3 in 1 is the greatest. I use it on my garage door once every 2 months and my garage door runs perfect. No noises nothing. Its even better then wd40 imo. This product can be used on anything that has a joint. Great stuff
