I have a cup at bedtime with a litte milk and a little raw honey. The taste is pleasantly spicy and helps with inflammation and discomfort. I don't like taking nsids for pain and inflammation I because they can cause liver and kidney issues.

I liked the spices, great for coffee, lattes, tea etc. I haven't noticed any health benefits but I don't use it everyday.

This is a healing spice mix. Smells great tastes even better used with chai tea and honey. Wow. A healthy drink that tastes great. ( also a pinch of half n half) value is outstanding as only a pinch is used

Delicious!!! The salt content doesn't negatively effect the marinade quality and that works well with the heat level. That being said, I love this stuff in my coffee. I love the ingredients mixed with milk and coffee.

I got this to help with my frequent colds (I have a child in daycare who constantly passes his sickness on to me). I read online about the antioxidant benefits of turmeric. I have tried this once, and I can't say I felt better from the one time I tried this. But I will say the flavor was very strong and spicey. I used 2 teaspoons in 1 cup of hot almond milk. Next time I'll use just 1 teaspoon and add something to sweeten it a little. This stuff was so strong that I couldn't finish it. It left an aftertaste after I was done drinking it, and it turned my tongue orange. I even brushed my teeth and the aftertaste was still there as well as the orange discoloration on my tongue (that took a while to go away). This did dissolve well in the hot almond milk though. I would just recommend not using too much of this at a time.

Yummy, a bit spicy, however it's pretty awesome and easy to make. 1 to 2 teaspoons of this and 200 ml of hot Coconut milk and a table spoon of organic honey, add a bit of pepper for maximum absobtion, and enjoy. My only complaint is the size of the jar, it's a bit small. My
