I just got this and have only used it twice. It lathers up really well. Has a pleasant scent. I have noticed that my skin is not dry and itchy after use. I have psoriasis and I need a soap that is gentle on my skin. I will purchase this again. The bar is on the small side so I will order 2 the next time. I gave a 4 star rating simply because I have not used it long enough to see an overall improvement with my skin.
