Citizen Quartz Mens Watch, Stainless Steel with Polyurethane strap, Casual, Blue (Model: BI1041-22L)

I am a bit surprised at the quality of this watch considering the price point. At 42mm it's a little smaller, thinner and lighter than the larger watches that have come to dominate the current market, and nicely larger than the 37mm to 38mm watches that were in vogue a few years ago. While it's lighter, it isn't flimsy or cheap feeling, it has a nice reasonable heft to it for its size. The deep blue of the face is beautiful, and very tastefully accented with the orange hands. The case has a brushed finish on the sides, lugs and bezel, with a small polished bevel around the perimeter of the bezel. The bezel itself is labeled in black. The second hand, minute hand, hour hand and all indexes are coated in luminous material. The lume, while green instead of the typical Citizen blue, is effective and lasts the majority of the night. The second hand points to each of its marks precisely as it makes its way around the face of the watch. It has been keeping time accurate to the second since I received it and set it two days ago. The polyurethane band is thin but well proportioned to the dimensions of the watch. It's completely serviceable but I found it boring so I replaced it with a suede band. I think the 3mm thickness of the suede band compliments the thickness of the watch nicely. On the subject of the band, the lug width is 20mm not 22mm as specified in the listing. I'm very satisfied with this watch and recommend it without hesitation.

I won't repeat all of the positive things people have written about the Citizen Men's Stainless Steel Quartz, Blue 22 ; they are all true. I wasn't expecting anything more than a watch I could use when I was engaged in activities which could damage my Tudor, Oris, Tissot or Ball automatics. Instead I received a watch I enjoy wearing for its own sake; it looks far more expensive and stylish that the price suggests. It is the only watch I own which my wife has complimented how much she likes it. This watch says a great deal about the values of Citizen; the finishing is superb considering it costs less than $50. They obviously have very sophisticated manufacturing and quality processes. The blue face, the stainless steel bezel (no, it doesn't rotate, but who cares for 50 bucks; it looks great) are married into a watch that you keep looking at throughout the day. And the band is not only comfortable but looks great. I highly recommend this product.

Great looking face, nice build quality, and a nice lightweight comfort. The band is much wimpier than it appears in the photos. I wish it were a little wider to match the great overall look and feel.

The band is decent, what I expected from Citizen for this type of watch. I'll likely replace it with a silicone band. At this price point I can overlook the lack of a movable bezel. Seems accurate enough for the short time I've had it. Second hand aligns perfectly with the markers. Date window is really small, pretty much useless. But once set it changes at midnight. Speaking of night, lum is pretty good. All in all I'm happy I bought it.

The media could not be loaded.  Good seller. The watch is super hot. I bought it for my brother as a bar mitzvah gift *BUT IT CAME WITH A DEAD BATTERY WHICH I HAD TO REPLACE AND PAY FOR*

Comfortable watch for everyday use and always gets complements.

Six weeks after I got the watch, it fell off my nightstand to the floor 24” below and stopped working. (I dropped my cheaper Timex countless times from much greater heights and it always kept on ticking, as they say.) I sent it in for repair. They have now had it for SEVEN MONTHS. Every time I ask about it they say that the minute hand is on back order. Citizen has been completely out of new minute hands for seven months--really? I finally said just send me a partial refund and keep the watch. Instead they offered to sell me a new watch for 50% off the MSRP, which would come to about $90 for the watch I already owned. That didn’t sound like a very good deal compared to what it should cost to repair it. So I still have no watch and no refund. Citizen makes good watches, just be very careful not to break one, or you may never see it or your money again.

Came with a dead battery. Had to get a replacement at the jewelers for $15. Thankfully that was the only issue. Still annoying. Should come at least partially charged so I know it works.

Excelente reloj. Se siente bien. Por un momento dude acerca de extensible, pero es cómodo. El color azul está increíble.Con respecto al empaque llegó en un sobre (por lo general siempre los "aplastan", la caja llegó ligeramente dañada, pero el producto venía intacto.

Excelente calidad. Una muy buena opción. Su terminando es bueno. Buena resistencia al agua. Su luminiscencia es muy buena. El color azul de la carátula es muy llamativo. Tiene finos detalles que los ves hasta que lo tienes en tus manos.
