Mrs.Dash Marinade Garlic Lime Salt-free 12 oz

I ordered this marinade as I am on LID (low iodine diet) for thyroid cancer treatment. There is not a picture of the back of the label showing ingredients so I gave it a shot and ordered anyway. While it is salt-free, it contains Soy which is not allowed on LID.With that said, we used it on pork chops and grilled. It was ok but for the price on Amazon I was not pleased.

Good alternative for a healthier marinade

This is one more of the many marinades I like from Mrs. Dash. I love the variety of these products

The taste is very mild and is overwhelmed by vinegar. You will get the same results with plain vinegar and if you want to get fancy put pepper and onion powder. A significant disappointment due to lack of distinct taste.

I follow the Metabolic Research Center (MRC) diet and avoid salt and this marinade is delicious! I think even folks who don't have to avoid salt would love it. I only use it for baking my chicken breast in the oven but I'd imagine it would be delicious on other meats through other methods of cooking.

Wasn't to my liking I'll stick to the regular seasonings from mrs dashb

I haven't tried this yet but I've tried other Mrs. Dash products and love them all. I would recommend this to a friend and I'm sure will be buying more of these delicious products from Mrs. Dash soon.

Salt free marinade is very difficult to find, low sodium is easier to find but this is better. This is a very flavorful marinade that helps my meals be more tasty. I alternate between the three flavors that Ibought
