Is the Zatarains extra spicy crab boil gluten free

The container does not say. I can tell you that this is very spicy but my hubby likes Spicy. We use it mostly to boil potatoes and it just gives them a distinctive flavor. I must warn you it does contain Monosodium Glutamate in case you are allergic to it

A minimum of 10, 63oz jars but I use more normally. Depends on how many lbs of Mud Bugs you cook in each pot at a time. Don't over load the pot.
