I really wanted to love this lure. The red dragon flies are mating at my local pond and the bass are blowing them up. When I found this lure I thought for sure it was gonna be a winner. The bait has great action in the water, but the problem lies with the hook. The treble hook gets tangled on the wings every other cast. It also gets turned upside down pretty often. For $10 I expect better.

The lure looks great. Unfortunately, the lure is extremely light, thus making casting difficult. I use 10lb and it was still hard to cast. The lure doesn’t always land right side up. The treble hook is small, and of poor quality. I am still waiting for that big fish to put the wings to the test... something tells me they won’t last long. Either way, I think the lure looks great, and a very cool concept. The price also makes this lure attractive to have in the tackle box.

I like the way it looks but it sinks and doesn't float I figured it would be like a frog and I could cast it and it would float looks nice in the water nice action but does'nt float disappointed.

MY THOUGHTS are the lure should be smaller in size ,this one is a little on the large side, have not been able to use it yet , waiting for spring to come.

Realistic.... durable.... unique..A great find for the tackle box.

It is to light, when casted it flutters about 10 to 15ft out. It usually lands upside down, and takes a few twitches to right itself up.
