Although we have a high end Samsung TV, the speakers made the sound fuzzy. We couldn't follow the dialogue in movies even with the settings on Clear Voice. This sound bar improved the quality of sound without us having to hook up wires, which would have been a pain given the way our system is configured. We just used the Bluetooth pairing setting on the TV and followed the step-by-step instructions. The sound bar remote doesn't seem to do anything other than turn the speakers on or off. The sound is controlled by the TV remote. For the price, this is just what we need.

Paired this with a 55" TV in my bedroom. Mounted the TV on the wall and the sound bar on the wall beneath it. Mounting hardware is easy to install. I use the included optical cable and bluetooth with my phone for music. I'm not sure the sound would be great if you are looking for a theatrical experience in your living room from your main TV, but I think it's really good for my purposes. One thing I was worried about is usability at all volume levels. I can tell you I only use the sound bar for all viewing now. Quiet or loud the sound is clear and great. I keep the TV speakers turned down. The remote has bass and treble levels, so you can turn down the bass at night, for instance, if kids are sleeping. It has presets for movies, music and dialog. And a reset button. I love that. So if I had the bass down the night before and I want it reset the next day. Anyway, I think it's pretty great at about $100. So you get a good improvement from the TV speakers and a large bluetooth speaker for your phone for music.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Would not turn on. Tried different wall jacks. Tried new batteries in the remote. Reseated power cable. Followed all instructions. It will not work. I found an email address (no customer service or tech support phone number) for service. I emailed them and asked them to call me. I will update my review based on their customer service. UPDATED REVIEW: I originally ordered it on July 22nd, and it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed customer service that evening, and they emailed me back within minutes, even though it was evening time. They asked for my Amazon order number to confirm my order, and then emailed back a short time later and said they would replace it. No hassles or red tape. Today is July 24th, and I already have the replacement sound bar, and it works great. In just two days, they had a new one in my hands, and it works great — good sound for the price. Setup is simple, instructions are easy to understand, bluetooth is fun. I’m bluetoothing Pandora from my iPad through the sound bar without having to disconnect the sound bar from the TV. They include mounting brackets for the wall and a convenient paper template, so you can easily mark the holes onto the wall to mount the bar. By the way, when I got the new sound bar package, I tried hooking the newly-supplied power adapter to the old bar to see if it was just a bad power supply problem. The old bar didn’t work still. If they would have just sent me only a new power adaptor, it would not have worked, and I would’ve had to contact them again and then wait for them to send a new bar. But they didn’t do that. They simply replaced the whole sound bar package, no hassles and no questions asked. I am happy with the sound bar and very pleased with their excellent customer service.

So far I'm very very happy with the performance and how easy it was to install this sound bar, also how easy it was to connect all my devices that I'm currently connected to such as my TV, Xbox one, cellphone, and even my Alexa, BT pairing feature is a snap, I watched my first movie with it last night and was blown away with the quality of sound, Bass, surround sound quality and capabilities, it was just amazing. I was so happy to get this that I didn't even do a unboxing like I wanted to because I was skeptical, but once I opened the box that's all it took and I was in high gear to get it installed. Thanks you, this is so far a excellent product and I'm very very pleased I chose this over another one I was looking at. My RCA 55" LED/LCD not smart television never sounded so good, John Wick movie sound effects were off the charts. (Oh side note) the remote does not come with batteries, AAA size on mine so you will need them to control other features not on the sound bar itself. And there was not a installation or instruction manual that came with it but trust me I'm old haha and I went through it with no problems and I'm not tech savvy. Installation time for me was 45 minutes and that's because my battery wasn't charged on my drill to set the screws for the wall mounts which by the way came with it and we're already installed on the soundbar. We've never had a sound bar before and this one really makes a difference when watching our TV. We're getting a little older and our hearing isn't what it once was, but this sound bar makes the speaking crisper, lets us really feel the low notes, and generally makes for a more enjoyable watching experience. We tried using it as an external speaker for Zoom meetings on our computer. It connected just fine via bluetooth but getting it connected back to the TV was kind of a pain in the neck. We ended up getting a small dedicated external speaker for Zoom and everyone's happier now. The only weakness that I can think of is that we couldn't control the sound bar from our universal remote. The included remote is fine, but unfortunately we lost it so we were kind of out of luck for a while. We emailed the vendor and they quickly sent us a new remote free of charge. Great customer service! Good price on a good product. Who could ask for more?

Sound is decent but the remote is terrible! The signal doesn't seem to reach the TV most of the time at only about 6 ft.

So far, I really like this sound bar. Initially I had no sound from the bar after I hooked.it up to my Roku TV, but after checking the manual, I messed with my TV audio settings and got it working. I'm not someone who likes alot of deep base such as you would get with a separate sub woofer. This units built in subs are plenty enough for me. There are the options to increase/decrease bass and treble. Nice remote. Has a reset button which will set the treble/bass back to factory settings if you mess with the settings and want to start over. Bluetooth works great. Music sounds great. Love having the HDMI ARC. Makes it easier to control TV volume with just the TV remote and also that the bar goes into standy when I turn off the TV. All in all, nice bar that puts off great sound.

If it’s not a recognizable brand, DON’T BUY IT! With over 8,000 positive reviews, I thought I’d be safe purchasing this sound bar. I was very wrong. After two days the sound bar stopped working. I went through every setting on the remote and on 2 TV’s, and I tried 3 different audio cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable that was malfunctioning. Amazon has no quality control, and allows any kid in their mom’s basement to source garbage product from China, slap their logo on it, and sell on their platform. It’s called FBA and every wannabe entrepreneur with a little money is doing it for a quick buck. The problem is there are a ton of private level brands trying to get a piece of the pie by offering garbage and saying their product is the best on the market… pay for some positive reviews from a private company that specializes in writing “anonymous” reviews, and now they have a legit and reputable “business.” If it isn’t a reputable brand that was around before Amazon, do not buy it! It’s a garbage private-label startup. Want a fidget spinner? Go ahead and buy from a no-name private-label brand. Want a good speaker, TV, earbuds, anything that costs more than $5 per unit to source? DO NOT buy unless it’s from a highly recognized and trusted brand like Sony or Bose.
