I would start with half the dosage and see how your body reacts. I really liked the product and not only did it help with regularity, I also felt more "clean" as well so it definitely does help remove engrained waste as well. Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because it casued for a few "get to the bathroom quickly" moments where I was uncomfortable and had to act fast! that is why you should start with a lower dosage first and see how your body reacts.

Yes it does work you just have to be patient it takes a couple days to work.because I use it for contraption to keep me regular until I get all my pain meds.did not see much weightloss but I do recommend it to other if want to keep you bowels clean!! ;)

I have been taking it for couple weeks but I can't really see the result as adv. How come?

I've used this product in the past and I love it. It gets rid of the BLOAT and your stomach feels so much better. I would highly recommend this product.

I love Flush the Fat... I take 1 capsule with a full glass of water about an hour before going to bed every night. One can take 2 or more, but 1 seems tobe fine with me. In the morning I have a normal bm . Usually doesn't work the first night.
