Freelogix Universal Aluminium Flight Camera Microphone Case with Foam Inserts

I needed a good case to carry my Zoom H6 and various attachments, but custom cases are ridiculously expensive and only available from outside the UK. I found this case which advertises cubed Foam Inserts for customising, and after working out the dimensions I pulled the trigger, and I was glad I did.Delivery was fast and came decently packaged in bubble wrap. I opened it up and began placing my items on top of the cubes and working out how much I would need to pull out. The cubes are partially stitched together and perforated, so they are easy to rip out. I put my items into the new cut outs, and found out that they were sitting right at the bottom padding. To fix this, I got the foam I had ripped out and tore them to fit inside the cut outs to raise my items and provide extra protection. Simple and effective.Pros:- Solid construction- Very well priced- Cubed foam works perfectly- Nice and deep, with padding on the top and bottom of the case- Feels secure when closedCons:- Locking system is awkward, and takes a while to learn how it works (since there are no instructions provided)- Plastic handle feels cheap and tacky, but it does the job- Keys are very small and are a little sharpThe cons don't detract from the fact that this case is doing exactly what I want and I am very happy with my purchase.If you are looking for a well priced case solution to store and travel equipment around in, this is the one to buy.

Well I'd already purchased one of these cases on eBay, and I decided to get another one, so while browsing around Amazon, I came across the exact same case, (finish, dimensions, price etc), it also has the very same FAULT with the keys / locks ! This is why I only gave 4 stars !The keys either don't fit, don't turn if they do fit, or don't lock if they do turn ! The keys supplied are generic, yes, it's just one pattern of key. The only good thing about this is, if your mate has a case and you lose your keys after you've locked it, (assuming you can lock it !), you can borrow his / hers !Luckily I am only using the cases to store photographic equipment at home, and it's unlikely I'll be using them outside.They look good and are sturdy and it's a great way to store your gear safely. As you will see below, you can get, (with careful planning / positioning), quite a bit of gear in them. It's a penny short of twenty-quid, so don't expect it to be some custom-built armageddon-proof monster! What it is, is excellent value for money.I have one that keeps my mics safe for transport and another for a large pedal and cables etc. They hold things snug and secure, so what more do you want? Heartily recommend these.

5D mark III don't fit in properly I had to lay mine flat with Lcd facing downwards. ok for cropped sensor camera's with smaller body. But overall Good built and good value

Used it as a go pro storage case it works great and now everything is nice and tidy as a bonus it came with a section at the front that was sectioned off with no foam so I put all the tools and screws in there

Bought this for my sister for Christmas, she is a professional 'Ghost Hunter' working with a well known local company, this is ideal for all her equipment, what I specifically like is it is lightweight and not too big, which is perfect for a woman, a man would probably prefer a larger sized case. Its sturdy and well made and the compartments allow for excellent protection for all her very expensive equipment.

Ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived next day 5 days before the delivery estimate, and packed well, got it to keep my telescope lenses and filters. Only given 4 stars instead of 5 as there seems to be a little more plastic than aluminium, but it does the job perfectly, will probably get another for my camera.
