I returned it since I found one cheaper

Replaced a EB-BW720ABA in a Samsung Chromebook/tablet. Fits perfectly. All screws lined up as designed. Not quite identical in markings to the OEM but very close. Came partially charged and then fully charged up after installation using the Chromebook's OEM charger. Lots of tools supplied with the battery but you should only need one screwdriver. Really a simple job once the back of the Chromebook is removed - and the only difficulty there is figuring out how to get it off. If you're on the fence about doing it yourself I encourage you to attempt it. Take the back of the Chromebook off before you order the battery. If you can't do that you can't replace the battery. Mine had screws under the little rubber feet holding the back on. Then it just pried off. Once you do that you'll see the original battery and how it's mounted and the tiny plug from the battery to the circuit board. The plug lifts straight up to remove. The only problem stems from the tiny screws used to hold the battery in place inside the computer. Hard to handle and easy to lose. But, that's not the replacement battery's fault. If it lasts, it's a great fix for the Samsung Chromebooks' notorious battery failure problem. UPDATE - As of Jan 2022, it's still working. As of June, 2022, still working.

It was harder to crack the case to get to the battery than the actual change out. I had to search to figure that out but the battery came with 2 screwdrivers and a plastic pick to open the base. Took about 5 minutes to be careful and not break the base and 2 minutes to switch battery. My cooling fan blades were coated with fine dust and I bet yours will be also. Look around and clean at least those off with compressed air. I was getting maybe 45 minutes of standby time let alone maybe 30 minutes of off actual use on the OEM battery, Changed it out and I get at least 4 hours of battery use! SO the math works out that I spent less than $30 on the battery verses what $400 to $1k on a new computer? Thats better than chicken math!

Perfect! My daughter's Samsung Chromebook XE310XBA suddenly started flashing blue/green/red from the charging port. The laptop couldn't hold a charge and could only be turned on if plugged in. Replacing the battery was easy and straightforward. No instructions were included, but I just looked it up online and found easy videos on how to do it. Took me less than 10 minutes to look up and replace. Works like new again!

Worked for a couple of hours on my Latitude 7430 and then my laptop died. Had to do a BIOS reset (took me forever to figure out how). I guess I'll go for the original battery.

First, if you're unsure if this is compatible with your Samsung Chromebook Plus - check the part number on your battery against those listed, because this is good for more models than the ones listed. Very easy to install. I just watched the beginning of a YouTube video to see how to take the bottom off - the rest is self explanatory and obvious. Took maybe 15 mins for everything because I wanted to be very careful prying off the cover. Charged and powered on perfectly. Saved my laptop because I was not going to pay what Samsung wanted to do this work. Seems even more ridiculous after how easy it was.

I couldn’t justify the expense of a genuine Dell battery for a second-hand Latitude, so this was bought more to keep the laptop useful than anything game-changing. However, I have been mightily impressed. It holds charge and lets the laptop run on battery power for several hours at a time, which I really wasn’t expecting. It’s been in constant use for five months without any decay, so longevity will hopefully not be an issue.

HP Notebook - 15-da0065nl Installation went well, battery holds capacity. The battery model is the same as the original (HT03XL). However, the laptop always needs the power plug to restart after a shut down and I get a CMOS error. I am not the only one with this issue in the reviews. Have looked on the web, updated BIOS but nothing happened and issue remained.
