Garden Shades Wood Paint - Cornflower - 1L

I bought this paint to cover my summerhouse doors, leaving the rest of the summerhouse white to create a seaside feel, as it faces the sea. I was not disappointed. Although the tin is on the smaller side, the paint has a great consistency - not too thick and not too runny. It went on very smoothly and dried quickly, allowing me to apply a second coat while completing the job. My garden has trees and a grass lawn, and this Cornflower Blue is a beautiful shade that adds a lovely pop of colour. It isn't overpowering; instead, I find it calming and a perfect complement to the overall surroundings. Even after applying two coats to both doors, there is still plenty of paint left, so I'll be able to touch them up again when needed. I'm very pleased with the result.

Can’t fault Cuprinol garden paint, I’ve been using it for years. I love the choice of colours. The quality is always excellent. I bought this tub for one side of my shed (maybe two) and ended up giving the whole thing three coats. Each coat dried within an hour, but that was on a hot summers day. Usually in cooler weather I’d leave it for a couple of hours.

Lovely rich blue colour. Two coats easily applied, with about an hour or so in-between coats. Tin says 2 coats should be applied no longer than 8 hours between each application. Quite a runny paint so cardboard floor covering recommended.

What a beautiful colour..

This seems to be very good paint for outdoor use and is easy to apply, but the colour is quite different from that shown on the tin. It appears to be a fairly dark royal blue, but when I opened the tin, it was in fact a very light blue. However I was in fact looking for a pale blue to match my other garden ornaments but I simply couldn't find the right colour, so I decided I'd have to have them in a darker shade - so I was delighted when I painted them and found they matched beautifully.
