Rich Flavor, LOVE!
These sun dried tomatoes have a really bold, rich flavor that makes them stand out right away. The oil and spices give them a nice depth without being too heavy or overwhelming. The texture is soft but still a little chewy, which I actually like because it holds up well when mixed into food. Theyโre easy to chop or use whole depending on what Iโm making. Iโve been adding these into sourdough focaccia and they work really well there, giving each bite a strong burst of flavor. They also mix nicely into pasta and salads without getting lost. Overall, these are really good and easy to use in a lot of different ways. The flavor is strong, satisfying, and makes simple dishes taste a lot more interesting.

These sun dried tomatoes are really good quality and taste great in so many fishes I make. Amazon sells much cheaper than grocery stores. Recommend.

Poor packaging by Amazon
The product itself is fine and I wouldnโt hesitate to buy again. My criticism is with Amazon and their careless way of packing these glass jars. When the box arrived I could see it was soaked with oil. The safety lids were damaged and had popped leaking tomato oil. They were not safe to consume, as they need to be refrigerated after opening. On top of that, I had several articles of clothing in the same order. Fortunately they were in plastic bags and were not damaged by the oil.

Delicious
I so dislike sun dried tomatoes but needed some for a meal I was making. These changed my mind. They where really good. A little on the expensive side for the size but will purchase again. They tasted more fresh compared to any others I had even at restaurants.

Don't toss the oil; because you can use it to flavor dishes, too.
