I’ve sent a message to the seller to get some help here, but as of right now this is a very expensive paperweight. The unit turns on for a minute or two (flame only), but turns off automatically even though the unit still has power to it and power indicators lit. A lot of clicking coming from inside. Switching to heat mode just results in flickering indicators and constant clicking noises. This was hooked up by a licensed electrician and all connections verified. Dedicated 20amp circuit, which is also working fine. Tried the reset function and it works for a few minutes and dies again. Such a disappointment so far.
